We are recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Depot Manager for our Bedford depot.
About You!
Previous experience in the same industry is desirable. Alternatively a strong manager with transferrable skills and a willingness to adapt to a new industry would be supported.
You should have strong organisational skills and adaptable IT skills, as well as excellent people and communication skills.
About the Role!
The Assistant Manager supports in the efficient operation of the depot by completing the day-to-day operational activities. This role focuses on overseeing staff, resolving operational challenges, and executing tasks to enhance depot performance. The Assistant Manager is instrumental in supporting the smooth operation, driving productivity, and maintaining exceptional service quality across all depot functions.
With previous experience in a similar environment, you will possess excellent organisation and communication skills and have an understanding of high level customer service.
