Assistant Restaurant Manager

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our fantastic team.
Heartwood Collection is an award-winning collection of cosy pubs and atmospheric brasseries at the heart of their local communities serving great fresh, seasonal food. Assistant Manager - What We Offer
Heartwood Collection has 14 Brasserie Blancs, 24 Pubs including sites with rooms and more coming! We aim to grow to 61 sites by 2027 and include pubs with rooms. This could add up to 500 bedrooms to The Collection in the next 4 years.
