- 80 Bedded Nursing, Dementia and Residential Care Home
- Full time; 40hrs per week
- Shifts include alternate weekends

- Support the Head Chef in the efficient and economical operation of the catering department in line with policies and budgets.
- To stand in for the Head Chef during annual leave and periods of absence from the kitchen.
- Developing seasonal menus that reflect our residents' preferences and dietary requirements, while also incorporating fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
- Ensuring that all food safety standards are met and maintained in the care home.
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate special events and dietary accommodations for residents as needed.
- Coordinating and communicating with the residents and relatives to ensure the satisfaction and needs of everyone is met and exceeded through continual feedback.
- A culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- A creative flair for menu planning and recipe development.
