Purpose of the Role
This position is ideal for someone eager to start and build a career in food marketing, gaining valuable experience in both convenience retail and foodservice sectors.
This role is responsible for supporting the Brand Manager, helping to deliver the brand plan and drive growth in line with our strategy and targets.
You will lead key activation projects in both B2B and B2C across convenience retail and foodservice which will enhance brand visibility and customer engagement in these sectors.

You will lead key activation projects in both B2B and B2C across convenience retail and foodservice which will enhance brand visibility and customer engagement in these sectors.
Responsibilities
- Market Understanding: Develop a thorough understanding of the hot food-to-go market in convenience retail and foodservice channels, identifying customer and end-user needs and requirements.
- Brand Performance: Assist in monitoring brand performance and execution to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.
- POS & Merchandising: Create in-store point-of-sale (POS) materials, merchandising, and general communications, collaborating closely with our internal designer, external agencies, and suppliers.
- B2B Exhibitions: Organise B2B exhibitions with agency support to showcase our brand and products.
- Product Launches: Support the development and implementation of outstanding product launches that captivate our audience.
- Account Plans: Provide hands-on support to Key Account Managers (KAM) and Channel Managers in developing and managing ongoing account plans, including specific marketing campaigns such as samplings, bespoke branding, exhibitions, and events.
- Field Team Liaison: Work closely with the field team to ensure the best execution in stores, focusing on delivering an exceptional Rollover Consumer Experience.
This role is entry level and site based at our Slough site!

- Strong relationship building skills & cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in Brand Management / FMCG Marketing roles
- Project Management from A to Z including budget.
- Experience of leading External Agency relationships & Agency Management.
- Applicants from the Food and Beverage sector are most encouraged.
