What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Aftersales Manager in the day-to-day operations of the service and parts departments
- Acting as a role model front-of-house — delivering exceptional service and motivating the team to do the same
- Managing workshop loading, technician productivity and customer communication
- Working closely with the manufacturer to meet all standards, KPIs and reporting expectations
- Assisting with team development, training and process improvement
- You’ll be the best customer advisor you know — confident, customer-obsessed and process-driven
- A proven background in the motor trade, ideally in a senior service advisor or team leader role
- Ability to lead by example and support a high-performing team
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and a solutions-focused attitude
- Kerridge/CDK experience is a bonus but not essential
- A full UK driving licence
