Job Role
As an Asset Stock Condition Planner, you’ll be a key member of the asset team, ensuring our homes are surveyed every five years.
You’ll play a key role in protecting West Kent’s interests by working with colleagues, partners, and contractors to ensure customers experience an efficient and joined-up service.
You will work closely with the Stock Condition Surveyors, managing their workloads and maintaining their diaries, helping to resolve access issues and utilising the asset management database
About You
You will need to be highly organised with excellent communication skills and to provide customers with clear, accurate and timely information, consider their individual needs and ensure the receive a positive experience.
You will need to be competent in IT with the ability to produce reports, documents, and emails, using Microsoft Office packages and a variety of in-house systems.
