We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Asset Reliability Engineer to join our team in Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK10 2NA and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation

About The Role

• Asset Reliability & Lifecycle Management: Develop and implement strategies to meet asset availability targets, utilizing condition monitoring and data analytics to predict failures and optimize asset lifecycle processes.
• Deviation & Change Control Management: Investigate root causes of issues using problem-solving techniques, implement corrective actions, and assess the impact of changes on systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Audit Preparedness & Compliance: Maintain audit-ready status for plant equipment/systems and documentation, supporting regulatory audits by ensuring proper operation and understanding of equipment schematic drawings.
• Technical & Quality Documentation: Review and author technical documents such as GMP forms and SOPs, ensuring adherence to standards and contributing to operational improvements.
• Collaboration & Modernization: Work with support functions to deploy new technologies, modernize services, and drive energy-saving initiatives, while providing expertise in engineering systems and processes.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Operational & Technical Management: Ensure the operational availability of critical plant equipment and systems, maintaining audit-ready technical and quality documentation for compliance.
• Continuous Improvement & Data Utilization: Use data effectively to drive continuous improvement, fostering innovation and implementing LEAN principles to optimize processes.
• Key Engineering Skills & Problem-Solving: Apply engineering knowledge to resolve technical challenges, using a problem-solving and analytical mindset to meet customer needs.
• Strong Communication & IT Proficiency: Demonstrate excellent communication skills and technical document authoring abilities, along with proficiency in IT systems to support operations.
• Leadership & Client Focus: Show leadership in people management and planning, while prioritizing customer satisfaction and adhering to compliance standards for safety and quality (QSHE).
