Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components on the production line using a variety of tools and equipment, including mechanical and electrical assembly.
  • Support quality, productivity, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform work quality checks to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized, and safe work area.
  • Undertake training relevant to the role and act as a mentor to others.
  • Adhere to all risk assessment and Health & Safety regulations.

Training required

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a related field.
  • Manually dexterous with mechanical/electrical quality aptitude.
  • Experience in a similar role within manufacturing.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
