Teaching Personnel are looking for an art teacher to work in one of our partner schools in the Swansea area. The school is a secondary school. The school places a big emphasis on the pupils becoming model citizens with an ethos of community and family spirit. The successful candidate will be joining a passionate and forward-thinking group of staff.

Responsibilities Of An Art Teacher
- Plan and deliver effective artlessons, adhering to curriculum guidelines.
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials to support students’ learning.
- Facilitate classroom discussions and activities that promote collaboration and critical thinking skills.
- Utilise a variety of teaching strategies and techniques to cater to the diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom environment.
- Maintain accurate records of students’ attendance, grades, and performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve the maths curriculum.
- Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents and school staff.
- An honours degree in a relevant subject.
- A teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or QTS.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment.
