Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Support teachers in assessing and monitoring student progress.
- Provide individual or small group support to students who need additional help.
- Encourage and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
- Participate in and lead extracurricular activities to enhance student engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall development of the school community.
- A degree in any discipline, preferably with a focus on education or a related field.
- A passion for working with children and a desire to pursue a career in education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
