Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and visionary Art Director to join our creative team at High Scale. The ideal candidate will lead the development of innovative visual concepts for advertising campaigns across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. This role demands a blend of strong leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking to ensure the delivery of impactful creative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of visual concepts for advertising campaigns in collaboration with copywriters and creative teams.
• Develop brand-consistent designs that align with client objectives and target audience preferences.
• Manage and mentor a creative team, including graphic designers, photographers, and video editors.
• Oversee the production of creative assets, including digital ads, social media content, print materials, and multimedia deliverables.
• Present design ideas and campaign concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices.
• Maintain high standards for visual storytelling and brand representation.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and production schedules to meet deadlines and project goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience as an Art Director or senior designer in an advertising agency environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work in advertising and marketing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
