A picker painter will over time become a Trainee Welder. working hours will be 10am to 10pm varying slightly based on current workloads.

Working from technical drawings to construct high-quality industrial & bespoke products

Learning the art of MIG Welding initally

Taught to weld various metals using various automated machinery we have

Exposed to seasoned professionals who will mentor and develop lifelong skills
