About The Role

You'll tackle challenges, provide smart solutions, and help maintain live operations by writing scripts, developing tools, and optimizing processes. This role offers a mix of technical troubleshooting, collaboration, and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for key applications.
- Support live operations, resolving issues and ensuring end-to-end closure of BAU (Business As Usual) tasks.
- Develop and deploy tools to address application challenges effectively.
- Collaborate with Level 2 support, Product Owners, and Operations Teams to enhance platform performance.
- Participate in projects and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Experience with methodologies like DevOps, Agile, or Kanban.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Experience in the payments industry
- Experience with monitoring tools like Coralogix.
- Basic development experience.
