THE ROLE
The Successful Analytics Manager Responsibilities Will Include
- Lead and manage the digital analytics function for the app/website
- Utilize Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to track and analyse consumer behaviour, conversion funnels, and customer journeys
- Provide forecasting and predictive analysis to inform business strategy and identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to develop actionable insights and recommendations
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for key stakeholders to visualize and communicate insights
- Identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks to improve customer retention, engagement, and acquisition
The successful Analytics Manager will have the following skills and experience:
- Expertise in Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour analysis, channel performance metrics, and marketing optimisation
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable strategies
- Experience with A/B testing and website optimisation strategies
The successful Analytics Manager will receive a salary of up to £75,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
