Air Freight Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-focused Air Freight Operator to join our team in Feltham. In this role, you will be responsible for managing air freight shipments, ensuring smooth coordination between carriers, clients, and internal teams, and delivering exceptional customer service in the logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage air freight bookings, shipments, and documentation
Coordinate with carriers, customs, and other service providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Monitor and track air freight shipments from origin to destination
Resolve any issues or delays in the air freight process, providing solutions in a timely manner
Communicate with clients regarding shipment status, updates, and potential issues
Ensure compliance with air freight regulations and company proceduresSkills and Experience:
Previous experience in an air freight or logistics operations role
Strong knowledge of air freight processes, documentation, and regulations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in using freight management software and MS Office applications
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
