Air Conditioning Engineer

We’ve just won a major new contract, and with our current workload booming, we need another top-notch Air Conditioning Engineer to join the team. This isn’t just a job; it’s a genuine opportunity to be part of a growing, well-respected business that backs its people and builds careers.

The role:

You’ll be part of a tight-knit team of 7 Engineers, tackling a mix of planned maintenance, reactive callouts, and project work. No two days are the same, it’s fast-paced, varied, and keeps you on your toes.

We aim to keep your patch local, but now and then, you’ll cover different spots across the South West (we promise there’s some cracking scenery!). You’ll get a company van, a fuel card, and access to smart software that keeps your schedule running like clockwork.

What you’ll need:

• F-Gas Category 1 (minimum)
• Previous experience in a field-based, multi-site role
• Strong knowledge of VRVs, VRFs, splits, chillers, and general A/C + refrigeration
• A cool head under pressure and a passion for top-quality service
• Full UK driving licence
• Enhanced DBS eligibility (some sites involve working around vulnerable people)
