Key Responsibilities
- Chatbot QA: Evaluate AI-generated responses daily for clarity, relevance, and natural flow
- Issue Resolution: Identify, track, and resolve content quality problems through documented analysis and collaborative fixes
- Model Optimization: Support data annotation and model tuning efforts with the engineering team
- Data Insights: Analyze conversation data to identify user needs and provide feedback for system refinement
- Workflow Improvement: Streamline quality control processes to ensure consistent performance and scalable operations
- 2+ years of experience in chatbot QA or AI optimization
- Solid understanding of NLP and machine learning principles
- Skilled in SQL, Excel, and performance evaluation methods
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills
- Experience with top-tier AI chatbot platforms preferred
