Build and Deliver Bright’s Applied AI Platform
- Drive adoption of AI capabilities by identifying friction points and delivering solutions that reduce time-to-production from weeks to days.
- Lead the full product lifecycle: discovery, prototyping, experimentation, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Work hands-on with Bright’s AI technology stack (Claude, Prototype, Devin, Google AI, Langflow, N8N, Replit and others).
- Build technical roadmaps informed by prototypes, evaluations, data insights, and developer feedback.
- Define success metrics and create dashboards that track model performance, reliability and business impact.
- Develop pragmatic governance frameworks that support rapid experimentation with clear guardrails.
- Partner with security and engineering to establish model monitoring, privacy protections, and access controls.
- Create cost-optimisation strategies backed by data, scaling AI usage while ensuring efficient spend.
- Evaluate and select AI vendors, tools, and frameworks through hands-on testing and ROI analysis.
- Support engineering in defining architectures for production AI systems — including orchestration, agent frameworks, vector/prompt pipelines, and self-service developer tools.
- Enable more teams to adopt AI by providing reusable components, documentation, templates, agent flows, and reference implementations.
- Prototype emerging AI workflows (agents, copilots, automation pipelines) to validate feasibility before engineering commits.
- 5+ years in Product Management, with a strong focus in AI or ML products.
- Proven, end-to-end experience launching production AI systems, not just proofs of concept.
- Strong technical capability, able to work closely with developers, understand architectural discussions, and explore model behaviour.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI platforms and tools: Claude, Replit, Loveable, Devin, Google AI Studio, Langflow, N8N or equivalents.
- Ability to transform ambiguous AI opportunities into clear product proposals, experiments, and deliverables.
- Experience contributing to AI governance, model evaluation, and ML operational workflows.
- A problem-solving mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes at pace.
- Genuine curiosity for AI, you actively use AI tools in your daily workflow.
