Role: AI Performance Marketing Lead
Location: London, England, United Kingdom (3 days a week from our London offices)
About the role:
Working in partnership with our client, we are looking for an AI Performance Marketing Lead. As a Performance Marketing Lead, you'll play a crucial role in our content studio. You'll focus on optimizing and amplifying our media campaigns to achieve outstanding client outcomes. Your strategic insight and analytical prowess will help us fine-tune our approaches to media performance.

Role: AI Performance Marketing Lead

About the role:
Working in partnership with our client, we are looking for an AI Performance Marketing Lead. As a Performance Marketing Lead, you'll play a crucial role in our content studio. You'll focus on optimizing and amplifying our media campaigns to achieve outstanding client outcomes. Your strategic insight and analytical prowess will help us fine-tune our approaches to media performance.
What you will be doing:
- Strategy: Support to develop and execute data-driven media strategies to enhance content performance
- Support to align media performance marketing strategy with overarching Wella Company client media strategy objectives
- Support to define proposed target audience groups, platforms and optimal budget / spend for all Wella Company portfolio sub-brands
- Market research: Category and platform trend - insight / innovation analysis and reporting
- Media activation: Facilitate and manage Genai media tool (Creative X) connections to ‘paid media ad accounts’, full integration/set-up: content API, reporting API
- Content analysis: Content analysis E2E: before ‘go-live’, one ‘live’ and post ‘go-live’
- Media management: Manage and oversee media platforms, ensuring proper integration with Creative X platform / analytics tools
- Performance: Establish key performance metrics and analyse media campaign results to identify opportunities for optimisation
- Performance prediction: Historical data performance predictions for proposed content / new variants
- Creative quality assessment: Measure and improve adherence to current defined platform guidelines and best practice
- Pre-launch content testing: Determine and report on creative effectiveness of content before deployment
- Performance optimisation: Provide insights on best-performing content formats and enhancements
- Following client alignment / approval, re-brief Genai pilot content studio to optimise creative / content prior to deployment
- Client engagement: Client engagement, client meetings, weekly client status meetings
- Client reporting: Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights
- You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues
- Relevant diploma or degree in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Extensive experience in media planning and performance marketing, preferably within a media or agency setting
- Genai experience and passion for innovation to define and lead this new generation approach to media and performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, Genai platforms and a deep interest in technology
- You can be the change - you prioritise environmental responsibility, social equity, and economic viability and how that translates into your day-to-day role
