About The Role

Are you curious about the future of AI and eager to get hands-on experience training and implementing AI systems? We're looking for a motivated graduate or early-career professional to join our AI Agent training team.

You'll work alongside experienced colleagues to implement, monitor, and continuously improve AI Agents for our customers, gaining deep expertise in prompt engineering, conversation design, and LLM optimisation along the way.

You will work remotely within the UK and/or from our office in London at times.

What You'll Do

  • Deploy pre-templated AI Agents into customer workflows, learning UX and AI best practices from our team.
  • Collaborate with customer success, product, and conversation design teams to understand customer needs.
  • Help construct and organise datasets, conversation flows, and knowledge services alongside customers.
  • Support the setup and configuration of language and knowledge services.
  • Learn to validate AI implementations against our SAFER benchmark standards.
  • Monitor AI Agent performance through automated testing, conversation analysis, and AI evaluations.
  • Identify improvement opportunities based on real user conversations, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Contribute insights from live projects to help optimise our AI Agent templates.

What We're Looking For

  • Analytical thinking: You enjoy working with data, spotting patterns, and organising information in structured ways
  • Foundational LLM knowledge: Familiarity with how large language models work (coursework, side projects, or self-study counts!)
  • Curiosity about prompt engineering: Some exposure to crafting prompts or experimenting with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
  • Basic understanding of conversation design or UX principles (or eagerness to learn)
  • Problem-solving attitude: You're excited to tackle new AI challenges and learn from setbacks
  • 1-3 years of experience OR recent graduate with relevant coursework/projects in AI, data science, computer science, linguistics, or related fields

Nice to Have

  • Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
  • Exposure to conversation design or chatbot development
  • Python or other programming basics
  • Previous internship or project work involving LLMs

What You'll Gain

  • Direct mentorship from experienced AI practitioners
  • Hands-on experience with cutting-edge LLM technology
  • Opportunity to shape how AI systems interact with real users
  • Career growth path in the rapidly expanding field of AI training

Benefits

  • 24 days paid holiday per year plus local bank holidays.
  • Paid time off for volunteering or charity work (up to 3 days)
  • Per year wellness budget
  • Private healthcare insurance (UK-based only)
  • Pension Scheme with NEST (UK-based only)
  • Company share options
