About The Role
- Coaching Teams and Individuals - Help teams understand, embrace and adopt agile delivery practices through a defined framework.
- Promote Agile Mindset and Culture - Drive continuous improvement and shift towards an agile culture across SaaS, advocating agile values through education and engagement.
- Improving Delivery Processes - Embed lean delivery pratices to ensure we're maximising the value and efficiency of delivery.
- Measuring and Driving Continuous Improvement - Ensure teams grow and continually deliver value, using data metrics to identify areas for improvement (e.g. velocity, cycle time)
- Facilitating Agile Ceremonies - Ensure agile events are effective, inclusive and aligned with product sprint goals, guiding teams to focus on outcomes, continuouse improvement and active participation.
- Deep Understanding of Agile Frameworks - Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and DevOps practices
- Strong Facilitation Skills - Expertise in leading Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) and other collaborative sessions.
- Coaching and Mentoring Expertise - Ability to coach teams, individuals, and leadership on Agile principles, servant leadership, and effective collaboration.
- Change Management and Transformation Experience - Skilled in driving cultural and process transformation to foster an Agile mindset.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills - Capable of analyzing delivery processes and suggesting actionable improvements
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Strong ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to executives. Adept at fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts within and across teams.
- Technical Awareness and Business Acumen - Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, and CI/CD principles to support Agile delivery
