Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Manager to join our Ford dealership in Warwick. You will be responsible for managing a dynamic and fast paced service department, focusing on performance in both profits and customer satisfaction. This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis with a basic salary of up to £42,500 with an OTE of £52,500, a company provided vehicle and an overachievement bonus. This position reports to the General Manager.

ü Full UK driving licence
ü An ability to overcome customer issues
ü Knowledge of warranty procedures is advantageous

- Ensure the achievement of KPI’s for all service department members
- Maintaining an understanding of all relevant consumer and local market influences
- Engage the aftersales team to deliver commercial result and exceptional customer service
- Drive the performance of the workshop team to maximise efficiency
- Develop the skills and career progression of current and new team members
