About the role

Are you a vehicle/master technician looking to move to a customer focussed field-based role?

The Aftersales Customer Relations Lead serves as the primary point of contact between LEVC and its customers, Authorised Repairer and fleets, ensuring customer satisfaction, efficient communication, and resolution of issues. Playing a key role in understanding customer needs, coordinating with internal departments, and fostering long-term relationships to promote customer loyalty and business growth.

Customer Relationship Management – Serve as the main contact for customers and Authorized Repairers (ARs), maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

Communication & Coordination – Facilitate communication between customers/ARs and internal departments, keeping stakeholders informed about services and updates

Issue Resolution & Feedback – Address and resolve customer concerns, escalate complex issues, and collect feedback for service improvements.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Track customer satisfaction, monitor service delivery, and provide reports to senior management.

Training & Support – Offer training, onboarding, and internal support for Aftersales, Sales, and Dealer operations.

Experience to succeed

Experience in a customer facing role within the Automotive industry

More than 3 years customer support experience.

OEM experience at Dealer/Authorised repairer level.

Demonstrate vehicle/master technician qualifications/experience

Willing to travel on a frequent basis within the UK.

Leading by customer first principles and practices.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Self-motivated and a team player.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
