About The Role
Operating across private, public, commercial, leisure, and hospitality sectors, Gartec generates revenue from lift sales, servicing, repairs, and callout sales, with After Sales contributing approximately 25% of total revenue.
To support ambitious growth plans, Gartec is increasing its focus on developing the After Sales business. As part of this strategy, we are recruiting an After Sales Manager to lead the customer journey from post-installation through to end-of-life replacement.
Key Responsibilities
This is a pivotal leadership role, contributing to the broader business strategy and directly responsible for delivering 25% of company revenue. The successful candidate will drive growth by:
You’ll hold a professional or technical qualification, or a degree in engineering or a commercial discipline. More importantly, you’ll be an authentic and inclusive leader with a high level of emotional intelligence, a visible presence, and the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
We’re seeking a commercially astute leader with a broad business perspective and a passion for driving change. You’ll bring experience in after sales and/or service leadership, ideally from within the vertical transportation, or a related industry such as HVAC.
Your style will be collaborative, energetic, and purpose driven, with a coaching approach that engages colleagues and customers alike.

- Improving customer satisfaction via the efficient scheduling of site activities
- Increasing warranty conversion rates
- Increasing customer retention rates
- Prospecting for new portfolio additions
- Growing our key accounts
