The assessments within the Aeronautical and Engineering qualifications include Multiple Choice exams. We are looking for examiners to help produce Multiple-Choice questions (MCQ) with ongoing maintenance of the examinations. As part of the recruitment process we will explain more about the requirements and on-going commitments of the roles.
We will also ask you to complete a task and attend a short call with members of our assessment team. The task and discussion will support us in identifying which role is best suited to your experience and availability. Most of this work can be completed in your own time provided you can meet our deadlines.
However, all successful applicants will be invited to attend an online, mandatory one-day MCQ writing training course. This will be held in January 2026. Following successful completion of the training, work would be commissioned in the following weeks. The writer, reviser and panel member roles will need to attend one full-day meeting to evaluate the assessment content. This is expected to take place in February/March 2026. These meetings would be planned in advance. Maintenance work on our qualifications may be required as and when on an ongoing basis.
