The Role
The Advanced Operator, reporting directly to the First Line Manager, is a proactive, highly skilled professional dedicated to optimizing production equipment for maximum efficiency with minimal waste and downtime. This role involves meticulous planning, preparation, and organization of machinery, along with thorough documentation to support streamlined operations. By driving a culture of sustainable, continuous improvement, the Advanced Operator significantly contributes to the overall productivity and efficiency of the line.
We currently have vacancies on our 2 x 8 shift (0500-1300 / 1300-2100 Mon - Fri rotating weekly)

Your Key Responsibilities
- Department Management feedback
- Production & Packing team feedback
- Utilisation of MI
- Controlled Production & Packing budgets
- Audit scores
- Insurance audits.
- Customer complaints
- RTM issues / EHO issues.
- Employee issues.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene (or equivalent)
- Production & Packing experience.
- Experience of working in Chilled and frozen environments working with meals production, coated fish products and white fish processing products.
- Knowledge of fish products, Production & Packing products around coated processing.
- Efficient in delivering objectives and key measures.
- Ability to take part in Production & Packing segments of audits.
- Ability to manage priorities and projects across your area / line.
- A personal commitment to role model behaviours and to setting the standard.
- A working understanding of Microsoft Office
