Advanced Live-In Support Worker- Yeovil, Somerset
Full time position
Working pattern- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off.
Working across our 3 Supported Living houses in Yeovil
Are you an experienced and compassionate Support Worker with a passion for delivering person centred care?
We are currently recruiting for an Advanced Live-in Support Workers to join our dynamic, values led team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals we support, by helping them to lead fulfilling, independent, and dignified lives in their own homes.
The ideal Candidate: -
Take and active role in Care Planning, Risk assessments, and Goal setting.
Conduct regular audits, Spot checks and Quality monitoring to ensure exacting standards of care and compliance, with regulatory requirements.
Confidence with working independently in a Live-in Role
Excellent problem solving and de-escalation skills.
Provide holistic, person-centred care- tailored to each individual’s needs, preferences, and goals.
Previous experience supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, ADHD, and other neurodiverse conditions.
Promote independence while offering emotional and practical support with daily living skills.
Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
Must have a good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
Must have an enhanced DBS or willingness to undertake one.
Driver preferred.
Benefits Include
Competitive pay rate- £1000 per week
