About You
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive ADT (Art, Design & Technology) Technician to support our dynamic ADT department at STEM Academy, a specialist University Technical College within the BMAT Education. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality, technical, and creative education that equips students with the skills for future industry and higher education pathways.
As an ADT Technician, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide practical support, maintain specialist equipment, prepare materials, and ensure a safe and productive learning environment for students. You will play a key role in supporting lessons across a range of disciplines including design technology, engineering, product design, and art.
About The School
STEM Academy is a University Technical College that focuses on ensuring our students are fully prepared and ready for industry. We are a unique year 10 to 13 school that specialises in science, technology, engineering and maths. We work with both international and national companies and have partnerships with several businesses in the local area. Many of our sponsors work closely with us by helping shape our curriculum and overall school environment to best prepare our students for a life in industry. We have a new state of the art building where our students use top of the line equipment and machinery daily. Through this, we are able to create a talent pipeline for our business sponsors that provides them with highly trained young professionals and provides BMAT STEM students with outstanding lifelong employment opportunities.
