Who Are We Looking For?

An Operations Administrator!

What Will Your Future Role Be?

  • Handling customer queries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
  • Coordinating with field teams to ensure timely execution of work.
  • Supporting the supply chain by ordering and tracking parts to guarantee quick delivery.
  • Managing schedules, including booking meetings and rooms.
  • Communicating with suppliers and contractors to facilitate operations.
  • Collaborating with internal departments like Finance and HR to ensure seamless processes.

You Are The Right Person For Us If

  • You have proven administrative experience, ideally within an operations or service-based environment.
  • Prior experience within the lift or property management industry is a strong plus.
  • You are a highly organised individual with strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a proactive attitude.
