This role will be within our Water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What will you be doing?
You'll be part of the Contract Support team who are responsible for printing important documentation for our field team in order for them to carry out their work.
You'll be responsible for ensuring that packs are printed 2 weeks in advance and that the job tracker is updated on a daily basis. You'll need to create excellent working relationships with all clients, customers and stakeholders and will ensure the office is clean and tidy at all times, along with adhering to Health and Safety regulations.
Due to the nature of the role you'll also carry out general administrative duties needed to help with the projects running.
You'll have excellent prioritisation & time management skills; responding to urgent issues that may arise and dealing with them promptly and safely.
We'll need you have have excellent IT skills particularly MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook as you'll be attending meetings as required and complete actions arising.
