General Overview
To ensure administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner and ensure the department effectively communicates in all aspects.
Key Accountabilities
- Provision of administrative support as part of a team
- Delivering a positive customer service experience that meets business requirements
- Ensuring effective communication.
- Data entry as required
- Welcome visitors, sign in and show to appropriate area
- Raising of purchase orders via Evision Equans procurement system
- Deal with incoming and outgoing telephone calls from clients and residents.
- Process and disseminate inbound/outbound post / deliveries.
- Ensure administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner namely data inputting.
- To order stationery as required and ensure adequate stock is available.
- To book meeting rooms as required and ensure buffets are available as appropriate.
- To respond to the changing needs of the customer, ensuring a positive customer service experience.
- Review and challenge departmental processes and procedures, demonstrating continuous improvement

- Good level of interpersonal skills (i.e. listening, empathy)
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- A team player who can support and promote corporate objectives
- Good communication skills, with the ability to engage people at all levels
- Experience of supporting operational teams
- Experience of planning, organising and prioritising workload, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
