A Tier One Main Contractor is seeking a talented and dedicated Administrator to join our team in Exeter
What Youll Be Doing
This isnt your average admin role Youll be the backbone of our project operations, ensuring seamless coordination and communication. Your responsibilities will include:
Project Lifeline: Providing essential administrative support to our project teams, keeping everything on track and on schedule.
Document Dynamo: Managing and organising project documentation with exceptional accuracy, ensuring information flows smoothly.
Communication Central: Acting as a key point of contact, handling inquiries, and facilitating effective communication between site and office teams.
Logistics Legend: Coordinating meetings, managing diaries, and arranging travel like a pro.
Problem:Solving Powerhouse: Tackling administrative challenges with a positive attitude and finding efficient solutions.
Procurement Pal: Assisting with procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
Data Guru: Maintaining accurate records, inputting data, and generating reports to keep everyone informed.
What Youll Bring To The Table
Proven administrative experience, ideally within a construction or similar fast:paced industry.
Exceptional organisational and time:management skills.
A knack for prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
