Administrator – West Bromwich – Burdens

As an Administrator based in West Bromwich you’ll be responsible for:

  • Booking in supplier deliveries and goods when they arrive in branch and checking the items for any discrepancies
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding invoices and delivery dates
  • Ensuring supplier paperwork is in order and raising stock transfers and adjustments
  • Providing exceptional customer service, by answering customers invoice related queries

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.00am – 5.00pm.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Previous administration experience and strong organisational skills
  • To be able to keep track of the stock coming into branch and update customers on their invoice queries
  • To be able to work as part of a team
