- Salary: From £22,585 plus quarterly bonus (typically ~£400 per quarter)

MCS are on the lookout for an Administrator to join our team in starting on 18th November 2024.
We are looking for team players who match our enthusiasm, work ethic and our outlook to 5-star customer service.

Are you experienced in high levels of attention to detail, we care about what we do and have a lot of regulatory requirements to follow so there’s very specific ways we must operate.

- We have a dedicated Training team, supporting you in small training teams over your 3 weeks Induction and upon completion, your exciting career step in role is fully structured with your new team members and leader.
- Responding to customer/third party correspondence.
- Speaking with third parties/solicitors to help with their queries.
- A clear development pathway via a variety of learning tools available. Including a milestone framework which recognises and rewards your learning and performance.
- Responding to correspondence sent by the court.
- Making enforcement applications to the court.
You’ll spend the first three weeks in office for training Monday-Friday. Once you’re ready to go, you’ll move into our weekly shift patterns (37.5-hour per week contract):
- Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
- At MCS we’re regulated by our clients - as such, any successful candidates will have to undergo a basic credit check and criminal background check. Please note that we’re unable to proceed to interview stage if a CCJ, IVA or Bankruptcy appears on a credit file, or if you do not have full right to work in the UK.
