Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for administration and an interest in purchasing? If so, we are looking for a proactive Administrator to join our expanding client in Thatcham. In this role, you'll handle key procurement and administrative tasks, and collaborate with colleagues across departments and international offices. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while ensuring the smooth flow of purchasing processes. Full training is provided - previous administrative experience is ideal but not essential.

As The Administrator, You Will Enjoy The Following
We are seeking a candidate with preferably 6 months minimum of administration experience and a familiarity with ERP systems. Proficiency in MS Office, especially SharePoint, Word and Excel is essential. The ideal candidate will be friendly, enthusiastic, and possess strong communication skills. As you'll be assisting the Accounts person on occasion, you'll need to be happy inputting figures, updating spreadsheets/systems and have excellent attention to detail.

As The Administrator, You Will Enjoy The Following
- A salary of 24-25k pa
- Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5:00pm (37.5 hour week). 100% office-based
- 22 days holiday entitlement per year (plus bank holidays)

- Handling procurement tasks, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and managing purchase orders.
- Maintaining accurate records of purchases and inventory.
- Matching to PO's
- Posting Purchase Ledger invoices/credit notes
- Performing general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Maintaining and updating ERP systems
