We’re looking for an Administrator to join our friendly team at Kiwi House Care Home in Alvaston, Derby. This full-time, permanent role with a pay rate of £27,707 per annum. Part of the family-run Adept Care Homes, Kiwi House is a luxury 78-bed home providing high-quality residential and dementia care in a supportive, welcoming environment. We are recruiting an Administrator;
Beyond the desk, you will be a warm point of contact for residents’ families, addressing enquiries, coordinating visits, and providing information to foster trust and comfort. Your communication skills will help you liaise effectively with healthcare providers and suppliers, ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, compassionate individual who values making a difference in the lives of others through efficient management and heartfelt service.

We are recruiting an Administrator;
- Salary £27,707 PA (£14.16ph)
- Full time
- Alternate weekend work required

- Good knowledge and experience of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook etc
- Previous administration experience (Essential)
- Professional telephone manner (Essential)
- Previous Administration experience in Care Homes / NHS (Desirable)
- Positive and caring attitude (Essential)
