Administrative Assistant

We are currently on the lookout for an Admin Assistant to join our Milton Park office on a part-time basis. The role will encompass assisting the Chief of Staff with administrative support as well as supporting other areas and functions as required. The ideal candidate will be expected to work 3 days per week and flexibility can be offered on working hours.

In this role you will be expected to provide general administrative and support to our Chief of Staff and other areas of the business as required. This could range from pulling together spreadsheets, proof reading documents, collating internal communication material to meeting and greeting visitors, it all depends on the day! And whilst we do not view previous office experience as essential for this role there are some skills we do require:

• Experience in using software packages such as Outlook, word and excel
• The ability to work autonomously
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• A positive can-do attitude
• A strong work-ethic
