Witchampton C of E First School is looking for a Administration Officer to join our fantastic {Team:} team. Could this be you?
Actual Salary £16,389 - £16,664 per annum (Grade 5)
This job is {Full Time/ Part Time/ Part Time - Term Time Only:} for 30 hours per week and 39 weeks per year.
Approximate start date 04/11/2024.
This role is critical to the smooth running of the school, and the successful applicant will undertake a varied role, including supporting the schools breakfast club, as well as providing front line support to the Headteacher and school staff. Due to the nature of a small school, midday supervision will be a requirement of this role.

We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous experience of working in an office administration environment
- Experience of following procedures and processes
- Is willing to give first aid provision in the school (training will be provided where necessary)
- Can maintain computerised systems, produce reports and letters as required
- Can send and respond to school communications
- Can deal with situations of a sensitive and confidential nature
- Is a good team player and can work flexibly
- Has excellent communication skills
- Will act as an ambassador for the school whilst welcoming parents and visitors
- Is committed to their own professional development and participates fully in the life of the school and community
