Holiday – 22 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) increasing by one day per five years of service (up to a maximum of 24 days)

We are currently looking for an Administration Assistant who would be a great addition to the collaborative and well established team. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and be able to work well in a pressured and fast-paced environment.

- receptionist duties including answering telephone calls
- creating letters and bills
- Liaising with clients
- creating and scheduling meetings
- general administration to support the team
- using Microsoft office, particularly word and Excel
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 with intermediate skills as a minimum
- professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- outgoing, enthusiastic and ambitious to develop
- able to work well within a team and manage own workload
- strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- awareness of confidentiality and need for discretion
