We're looking for an Administrator to play a key role in supporting our Civils Project Manager and Streetworks Manager based at our Wakefield office.

Some of the key deliverables
- Raising all permits required for works
- Requesting the safe dig packs and uploading onto the system
- Collating the workpacks for the civils teams and ensuring everything is on the system at least 48 hours before the work is due to start
- Maintaining the civils program and ensuring the teams are booked to maximum capacity
- Checking and approving of paperwork upon completion of works to ensure billing is maximised
- Maintain records, manage payments/POs, update CRM and databases, and create job packs for field teams.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with precision and meet deadlines under pressure. Capable of managing fines, charges, and compliance issues to ensure the best possible outcome for the business.
- You’ll be liaising with a range of stakeholders, so excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
- A self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and thrives in a busy environment.
