Admin/Hr Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Admin/HR Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role will involve various administrative and HR tasks, providing essential support to our operations.


Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Assist with meeting planning and coordination.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Assist with recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and files.
Coordinate employee benefits and onboarding procedures.
Handle HR inquiries and assist employees.

Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Document Processing Tools (i.e Word processor, spreadsheet, presentation).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role starts as a 100% remote volunteer role.
