Set up in 1980, we’ve grown to become one of the UK’s leading suppliers of double-glazed and triple-glazed insulated glazed units.
Today part of the Emplas Group, we operate from a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Lancashire serving fabricators and installers, nationwide.
We are now looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Team. The role works closely with the Operations Team to ensure safety and operational targets are met. The maintenance delivery services consist of preventative and reactive work, project work alongside supporting capital investment and life-cycle work as required.
Safety is our number one priority, so carrying out maintenance in a safe and secure manner is an integral part of this role. We do this by ensuring H&S standards are strictly maintained and all related documentation is completed.
Position:
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Available Shifts: Monday - Friday, 08:00am until 16:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour

Position:
- Processing electronic and manual orders
- Handling customer quotations
- Assisting in the creation and distribution of daily reports to our customer base and group head office
- Validating remake requests via the Emplas portal (EVA)
- Answering incoming calls from suppliers and customers
- Meeting and greeting visitors at the main office reception
- Raising purchase orders using the internal purchasing system
- Assisting in the creation and distribution of production documentation for the factory
- Providing administrative support to the accounts department as required
- Supporting the trade counter with administrative tasks when needed
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Available Shifts: Monday - Friday, 08:00am until 16:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour
