What’s the Role About?
As a member of the accounts team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, advisory-led services to clients. You’ll be responsible for preparing more complex company accounts and consolidated financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP, and occasionally IFRS. Your work will include producing detailed reports and assignments, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You’ll also support the audit team on an ad-hoc basis, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing environment.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of more challenging assignments, develop your technical expertise, and begin to adopt a Brighter Thinking approach - bringing an advisory mindset to client interactions. You’ll also be involved in mentoring junior trainees, helping to shape the next generation of talent within the firm.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is currently studying towards ACA, ACCA, or CA qualification. You’ll need to be a confident communicator, capable of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. We value individuals who take responsibility for their work, meet deadlines reliably, and are eager to support and develop others.
