About The Role
The role involves leading the accounts receivable function. You will lead and manage a team of leaders and their direct reports. On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing:
- Drive timely and consistent cash collection efforts across all AR segments.
- Monitor and reduce aged debt percentages and the overall value of accounts receivable.
- Liaise with project teams, IT, and key business stakeholders to ensure AR functionality, data integrity, and reporting needs are met in SAP.
- Identify and lead operational improvements to streamline and enhance the Order-to-Cash cycle.
- Collaborate with operational teams and business directors to highlight systemic issues, propose solutions, and lead implementation of change.
