- We have partnered with an exciting company in Marlow.|They are seeking an Accounts Payable Team Leader to join their team.
Our client is a large, respected player in the Technology & Telecoms sector, with more than 1000 employees. Located in Marlow, their modern office is a hub of innovation and collaboration.
Job Description
- Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
- Oversee month-end closing and reporting activities
- Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures
- Handle queries from suppliers and internal departments
- Conduct performance reviews and training for team members
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and efficiency
- Adhere to industry regulations and company policies
A Successful Accounts Payable Team Leader Should Have
- A degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and development
- Solid knowledge of accounting software and MS Office suite
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- A salary of £25,000 to £27,000 per annum.
