We are looking to hire an Accounts Assistant in our Dundee hub to prepare the monthly management accounts, The role will also entail reconciliations, monthly analysis and ad-hoc reporting. This is an excellent career opportunity to join our amazing Finance team in Dundee.

What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly management accounts and packs for 3 small UK holding companies;
• Prepare monthly management accounts and packs for Swiss entity;
• Prepare annual bridging schedules for the statutory accounts for 4 entities;
• Quarterly VAT reconciliations for multiple jurisdictions;
• Monthly marketing analysis and sponsorship;
• Monthly Credit card analysis and processing;
• Dealing with and responding to both Internal and External audit requests in a timely manner;
• Ad hoc reporting
• Assisting Accounting manager with UK entity reconciliations and reporting
  
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Fully computer literate and proficient in the use of excel.
• Strong numerical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to problem solve and work on own initiative.
• Previous experience in a finance role would be preferable.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to report and record in a methodical manner.
