Why join Rightmove Data Services?

At Rightmove, we’re more than the UK’s favourite property platform – we’re a data powerhouse. Every listing creates valuable insight into price, supply, demand and market behaviour. By combining this with trusted third-party sources, we’ve built one of the most comprehensive views of the UK property market, stretching back over two decades.

Rightmove collects and stores property price, supply and demand data from every listing and combines this with third party data to create a 360-degree view of the property market and details on each property. We’ve been collecting many of these data points since Rightmove launched in 2000. That means we can show historical data, the current market trends and lead indicators of future market direction.

The team is at the forefront of delivering industry-leading data products and solutions to some of the UK’s most influential companies. Our mission is to empower our partners to make smarter, data-driven decisions. Leveraging Rightmove’s unrivalled data assets and advanced analytics, we help our clients navigate complex regulatory environments, unlock new business opportunities and drive operational excellence. You will join a collaborative team that thrives on innovation, strategic thinking and delivering measurable value to enterprise and mid-market partners.

As an Account Manager in Data Services, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with large enterprise clients, particularly those operating in regulated sectors. You will lead complex sales cycles, including RFI/RFP processes, and work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their business challenges and deliver tailored data solutions.

Your focus will be on driving new business, expanding existing accounts and progressing high-value deals (six-and seven-figure) that have a significant impact on both our clients and Rightmove’s growth. In addition to engaging with enterprise clients, the role also involves working with mid-market accounts to support overall business growth and expand the reach of Data Services.

What you'll do

  • Win new opportunities: Generate and convert enterprise and regulated industry leads through targeted prospecting, networking, and outreach.
  • Grow existing accounts: Unlock new opportunities within current partnerships, driving revenue growth and building long-term trust.
  • Navigate complex cycles: Lead RFIs, RFPs, contract negotiations and procurement processes with confidence and precision.
  • Inspire with impact: Deliver compelling presentations and tailored proposals that clearly demonstrate the value of Rightmove’s data solutions.
  • Shape the strategy: Contribute to commercial plans and go-to-market strategies, helping to drive the growth of Data Services.
  • Become a trusted advisor: Develop strategic relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders, positioning Rightmove as a trusted data partner.

  • Stay ahead of the curve: Keep on top of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to provide clients with informed, forward-looking advice.
  • Support beyond the sale: Deliver onboarding, training, and service reviews that ensure clients get long-term value from our solutions.
  • Thrive within a team: Share knowledge, support colleagues and celebrate successes as part of a collaborative, goal-driven environment.

Who you are

  • An enterprise sales expert: Proven background in enterprise account management, business development or consultative sales, ideally within regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, utilities or healthcare.
  • Consultative and solutions-focused: Skilled at aligning data products and services to client needs, always with regulatory and commercial requirements in mind.
  • Commercially savvy: Strong understanding of B2B contracts and procurement processes in large, complex organisations.
  • Bring a growth mindset: You’re self-aware, celebrating your strengths and successes while being open to feedback and growth.
  • A trusted relationship builder: Comfortable influencing at every level, from day-to-day stakeholders to boardroom and C-suite conversations to deliver client success.
  • A closer of complex deals: Demonstrated success leading high-value sales cycles, from RFI/RFP responses through to contract negotiations and procurement sign-off.
  • Data-driven and curious: Strong analytical skills with a genuine passion for data, technology, and innovation.
  • A confident communicator: Outstanding influencing and communication skills, able to engage, inspire and deliver results with both colleagues and clients.
  • Proactive and resilient: Self-motivated, commercially driven and always looking for new opportunities to add value.
