Tilt

Our mission is to make fashion accessible to all and inspire everyone to dress a little better. We believe e-commerce is in a rut, with brands lost in a decades-long void, lacking innovation, and mindlessly redesigning websites without fixing the real issue — making shopping fun and affordable.

Today, we are the UK's biggest live shopping platform focused on making shopping a joyful, social experience that brings people together and helps everyone level up their style. We're growing fast and hiring innovative problem solvers to build the future of shopping.

Your Mission

We’re looking for an Account Manager to help our sellers grow their fashion business on Tilt. Your role is to build strong relationships with livestreamers and sellers, keep them engaged, and provide the support, strategies, and insights they need to sell more through our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of sellers & livestreamers, ensuring they are active and growing on Tilt.
  • Coach sellers on best practices, helping them improve their livestream performance and sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales data & trends to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Identify top-performing sellers and help them scale further.
  • Onboard and train new sellers, ensuring they understand how to maximize Tilt.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing & content teams to create materials that support seller growth.
  • Solve problems quickly, ensuring seller satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay on top of market trends & competitor activity to keep Tilt sellers ahead of the curve.

Requirements

You must be an ambitious, curious, relentless and no ego problem-solver excited to build the future of shopping. Additionally:

  • Experience in account management, influencer relations, or e-commerce seller support.
  • Strong relationship-building skills – you know how to engage and motivate people.
  • A good eye for fashion trends and what sells in live commerce.
  • Data-driven mindset – you understand how to track seller performance and spot opportunities.
  • Street-smart communication style – sellers and influencers see you as a trusted partner, not just a rep.
  • Ability to manage multiple sellers & projects without missing a beat.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Live, or livestream commerce is a big plus.

If you love fashion, e-commerce, and helping sellers win, this role is for you!

Perks & Benefits

  • Flexible and hybrid working as standard
  • Canary Wharf office includes gym access
  • Opportunity for periods of fully remote work, from any location
