Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Use LinkedIn and company data to identify and engage new potential clients, contributing to business growth.
- Product Demos: Confidently deliver product demonstrations via Microsoft Teams to prospective clients, showcasing our solutions.
- Client Management: Handle the entire client journey from onboarding to ongoing relationship management. You'll respond to client inquiries via messages, emails, and calls, overseeing your own pipeline.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and competitors through continuous training to confidently guide clients.
- Training Delivery: Provide clients with thorough training on our product via Microsoft Teams before they go live.
- Custom Portal Creation: Work with the design team to create custom partner portals and resources.
- Client Feedback: Conduct feedback sessions with clients and relay valuable insights to the tech and support teams.
- Reporting: Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), preparing weekly reports to track client progress and performance.
- Contribute to Improvements: Actively share ideas to enhance processes and product offerings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable with virtual meetings.
- Strong time management and organisational abilities.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and similar communication platforms.
