Role Overview

The Client Services Account Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting the Account Manager (AM) and Senior Account Manager (SAM) in executing client briefs and ensuring the seamless delivery of advertising campaigns. This role demands a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Support and Coordination: Assist AM and SAM in handling client briefs across solutions and ensure all campaign requirements are met.
  • Campaign Reporting: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide insights to the team, with support from Activation
  • Asset Management: Collate and organise assets required for campaign activation.
  • Finance Administration: Manage financial tasks including reconciliation and ensuring accurate financial records.

  • Time Management: Demonstrate punctuality and the ability to complete tasks within set deadlines.
  • Expectation Management: Effectively manage expectations for all stakeholders and ensure adherence to processes.
  • Quality and Consistency: Maintain high standards of output quality and consistency.
  • Industry Knowledge: Possess a general understanding of all Nexus Solutions and a keen interest in the advertising space.
  • Organisational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to work independently once objectives are defined.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an agency or account management role is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Articulate, strong communicator capable of building and maintaining relationships.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Personable and assertive, with the ability to communicate clearly with internal and external parties.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to Detail: Met with media booking, finance, and delivery processes.
  • Resilience and Energy: Energetic and resilient, with a strong sense of initiative and personal ownership.
  • Goal-Oriented: Dedicated to achieving both team and personal goals.
  • Perspective: Focused yet able to maintain a broad perspective.
